How we met

We met in 2014 through mutual friends at Bar None in San Francisco. That quickly lead to a full 24 hours together where we hit Wild Hare, Churchill, Bergerac, Butter, Trick Dog, Kitchen Story for bottomless brunch, and finished a 30 rack at my Twin Peaks apartment. Kisses to the crew that were in attendance. Xx

Since then we’ve spent 10 years together in San Francisco building our relationship and careers. Our life is full of love with our incredible friend group, our amazing families, and our pug, Cauchy.

The Proposal

The summer of 2021 I spent in NYC. Alex visited at the tail end of my stay with the wedding ring we had designed together terribly hidden. The last day of his visit we rode all over Manhattan on City Bikes and ended up in Washington Square Park. Sitting in the grass, Alex quietly asked me, “Do you want to see the ring?” It was as simple and beautiful as that. From there we FaceTimed all of our closest friends and family, had lasagna at Don Angie in the West Village, and sipped cocktails with Kaytlin at Employees Only. It was perfect.

We’re excited to see what the next decade brings our way in the City by the Bay.
